The JNDTECH carbonated drink filling machine is an isobaric 3-in-1 monoblock (rinsing–filling–capping) engineered for PET-bottled soft drinks such as cola, soda water and sparkling water. Built on counter-pressure filling technology, it keeps CO₂ in the bottle and delivers stable, foam-free filling at 3000–15000BPH. A compact footprint and servo-driven capping make it the right choice for beverage factories scaling from pilot line to full production.

How It Works — Isobaric Filling Machine

Empty PET bottles are gripped by the neck and rinsed, then enter the filling carousel where CO₂ is first charged into the bottle to match tank pressure. Beverage flows in under equal pressure with almost no foaming, the bottle is de-pressurized, and a servo capper seals it — keeping carbonation intact from tank to shelf.

A still-water filler uses gravity or low-pressure filling. A carbonated drink filling machine uses isobaric (counter-pressure) filling — it charges CO₂ into the bottle first to match tank pressure, so the drink fills without foaming and keeps its gas.

Q2: What drinks can it fill?

Cola, soda water, sparkling water, carbonated juice and low-pulp energy drinks. It is not for hot-filled or high-pulp products.
